As "passionate" cooks Susan and Tracey were given the names "Sweet and Savoury" because of their individual creative talents that made them such a good team when they worked together at the Humboldt Golf Club.
Susan creates many decadent desserts and cakes but is equally known for her sticky, gooey cinnamon buns! She has created her wreath using cinnamon buns that are melt in your mouth delicious! The buns are layered with brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and put together as a wreath. White icing is drizzled on to look like it has been dusted with snow. Imagine serving this with a hot cup of coffee to friends and family!
Tracey creates equally incredible appetizers and main courses with her savoury palate repetoire! Her wreath is made from a rich egg bread dough which she has added roasted red peppers, garlic, onions, black olives and various herbs. The final touch is a mixture of flavourful cheeses which adds the finishing touch to this work of art! Bon Appetit!
